"I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the services provided. What I mostly appreciate is the prompt action taken whenever you have concerns or questions raised. Phone calls are regularly picked up rather than "please leave a message" which can be frustrating in an emergency. Solutions are also provided promptly to any concerns raised. Where messages are left, you can be assured to receive a response as soon as possible. The care provided to my mum is good as I can see positive changes to her personal care and wellbeing since we started using the agency.
