Welcome to KJD Care Limited, a pioneering person-centred supported housing provider that is helping to shape the lives of people in need. We support people in our care to regain the confidence and skills they need to rebuild their lives and place in the community. Supporting those with:
For each of our clients we believe in promoting their independence. We therefore work to help and support our Clients by considering their individual needs and aspirations. We strive to help each of our clients to understand and manage their symptoms by helping them to develop the abilities needed to successfully transition to greater independence. Central to our person-centred approach is our process of working closely with and involving each client in planning their care where possible.
KJD CARE History
Our History
KJD Care Ltd is owned by a private provider and registered under CQC. The company was rated Good by the CQC on our last inspection. We specialized in both Domiciliary Care and supported Care for over 18. Both the agency and the supported unit is set out to work as a team with other professionals as set out by the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
The company is located in Surrey, a short distance from Croydon town centre, on Whitehorse Lane.
KJD Care provides a homely environment with everything our clients need to feel safe, secure and comfortable. We put plenty of thought and care into creating an environment and atmosphere in which our clients can feel at home.
The building is bright and welcoming, the communal areas and rooms spacious and well equipped. Careful thought has been given to the garden and outdoor areas as spaces to nurture the senses.
Our clients feel safe and cared for and can add their personal touch to their own rooms with décor and accessories to their own taste and style. Each of our homes has luxurious bedrooms with en-suite facilities and anti-ligature furniture and fittings to help promote comfort and safety.
We provide a tailored care service to better suit individual needs, whether that be: 2 hours of assistance a day for supervision of medication, 4 hours for both supervision and personal care support, a couple of times a week or even a full Live-in support service.
